Scott has been involved in construction for the past 30 + years as a previously licensed general contractor. Scott has extensive experience and knowledge of construction and building science. Since Incorporating his business in 2003 Scott has preformed thousands of home inspections and commercial inspections in Park City, Heber, the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas, ranging from residential, commercial and environmental inspections.

Scott is a native of Utah. He and his wife Faye and son Jake call Oakley, Utah home, were they are active members of the community. From 1976 to 1979 Scott was a world class Freestyle Aerialist finishing 3rd in the world. Scott and his family actively enjoy winter and summer sports in and around the Park City area.

Scott is an affiliate member of the Park City and Salt lake board of Realtors and is a certified member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) #243422. In addition, Scott is a certified level 1 Infrared Thermographer and is certified with the National Environmental Health Association Radon proficiency program.
